Proof of Position, Part 3

For those catching up, I have been following the trail of Gauri das for the past 6 years.
Although Gauri das declared his innocence,
Eventually after many years, he was found guilty of abusing children in his care. (Documentation can be provided.)
In 2008, he was removed from his position as Temple President of Bhaktivedanta Manor.
Gauri das was to have NO position of leadership in ISKCON for 3 years.
However...
Gauri das was then subsequently given a position of responsibility and leadership by the management of Bhaktivedanta Manor.
This was done with the knowledge of ISKCON gurus and the local GBC.
Evidence of this has been provided with written statements by Gauri das himself.
That evidence was compiled and sent to the local and international Child Protection Office for comment and explanation. (See "Proof of Position, Part 1").
That was approximately 2 months ago.
After no response, "Proof of Position, Part 2" was sent a month later.
That same evidence was sent to all the members of the Bhaktivedanta Manor management.
It was sent to local ISKCON guru, Kripamoya das.
It was sent to the editor@dandavats .com, where everyone is apparently falling over to serve us.
It was sent to those ISKCON directors whose e-mail address I have.
It was sent to askSivaramaSwamiAquestion.com, etc., etc., etc...
To date...
somewhat predictably…
NO explanation has been received by yours truly.
(But to be fair, both CPO officers have assured me they would look into this matter.)
However…
I did receive this e-mail response from one member of the Bhaktivedanta Manor management.
Here it is...
"Thank you for sending me the proofs of evidence. As you know I already have
them."

before I die from laughing
at having to accept our GBC as ISKCON's "ultimate managerial body",
would someone, anyone out there somewhere on planet ISKCON...
please tell me what is going on.
