Never mind rivers to the ocean
The ocean's wives have been captivated
They now disregard their husband
And turn their waters making whirlpools
This excess water formally for their ocean husbands
Is now washed up at the lotus feet of Krishna.
Along with many varieties of lotus flowers, a gift of love
Following in the footsteps of the female dear
peacocks, calves, birds and clouds all turn their attention to Govinda
Who is splendidly dressed as if an actor on a stage
He fully captivates all the female forms
Including the Demigod's wives
who fall off their husbands laps at the sound of Krishna's flute.
Such a wonderful display of transcendental mellows
Is envisioned in the hearts of the Vraja gopies,
Who desire to enter the forests of Vrndavana
But who are temporarily halted by shyness and formalities
But who hope for the glance of Krishna
That will immediately break this shyness
And formalities of social conventions.
These can then be disguarded and the sweetness
Of madhurya rasa can be tasted
And the flute, the transcendental envy of the gopies
Who enjoys the lips of Krishna
Can become the property of those to whom they belong.
As the kunkuma powder left on the grass satisfies the Pulinda women,
Smearing it over their faces and breasts
Who can understand such events?
Mahaprabhu and His devotees are bringing into the darkness of Kali
A light far beyond the Brahmajyoti
Inconceivable spiritual varieties
The origins of the Brahmajyoti.
The seventh level of prema.
The deepest transcendental enjoyment
Of meeting directly with Krishna
In the ecstatic state of conjugal rasa.
All glories to the writings of our param para.
