Srila Prabhupada Shobha Yatra at Ludhiana

Dec 16, LUDHIANA, INDIA (SUN) — Srila Prabhupada Shobha Yatra (Glorification Parade) was taken out in the city today. This yatra is taken out two days before the historic annual Rath Yatra of Ludhiana. The distance of about two kilometers was covered with chanting of maha-mantra. The chariot of Srila Prabhupada was decorated beautifully with colorful lights.

People on both sides of the road welcomed the parade with flowers and prasadam was also distributed along the parade route. The parade concluded with hari naam sankirtan in an open area.



Those who were present in the parade were HG Sakshi Gopal das, Temple President, ISKCON Kurukshetra, HG Rajasuya das, Temple President, ISKCON, Ludhiana, and devotees from Sri Dham Vrindavan. Krishna prasadam was distributed among the assembled devotees.
