Oct 1, USA (SUN) — In today's edition of the Sun, you will find a different hierarchy of pages being used than in previous issues. Over the last two months, we have linked front page articles to a second level page using anchor codes. Some readers have had a difficult time with what appear to be broken links. In fact, just a browser refresh was needed to make the anchor links current for each day.
We faced another difficulty with this information architecture, however. A few of the top news syndication vendors, including Google News, will only pick up news headline feeds if each article is presented on an individual page. So, in order to solve both these difficulties, we are now moving to a new format. Please note that all indexes of past and current articles can be found by clicking on the buttons on the main Sampradaya Sun masthead at top of page. We hope our readers find this design easier to use. If you have comments, please post them in the "Letters to the Editor" Sun Blog.
