The eBook includes all the three volumes replete with all pictures from the print edition. All footnotes, endnotes, index entries, and other references are hyperlinked to facilitate better navigation across all the three volumes. The eBook is available in Kindle format and can be downloaded from the Amazon Kindle Store.

The eBook will also be available in ePub format on eBook portals like Apple iBooks, Sony and others that support ePub format by early September.
