Corporate ISKCON - Part 34

Jul 11, 2010 — CANADA (SUN) — A systematic review of ISKCON-related corporations and projects.
Today we continue our second sweep through U.S. corporate registries, this time in Arizona, Arkansas and Colorado. At this level of mapping, we won't necessarily get access to the names of all co-directors, beyond the name of the originating incorporator and registered agent, but these details will eventually be dovetailed in.
Of note in this report is the International Krishna Chaitanya Mission of Denver Colorado, which is currently in delinquent status due to not having filed their annual report. Included with the International Krishna Chaitanya Mission's Articles is the following Residual Assets Statement, which could go into play if the corporation goes inactive:
"Any existing residual assets that have accrued to this corporation, should it cease to exist, will be distributed to a 501(c)(3) corporation, The International Society for Krishna Consciousness (located at 1400 Cherry St.; Denver, Colorado 80220), an entity that shares our same interests."
