Santa is Coming to ISKCON Vancouver

BY: SUN STAFF

Dec 21, 2013 — CANADA (SUN) — The Vancouver ISKCON temple invites everyone to attend their Christmas day kirtan program. Putting aside the formalities of Vaisnava decorum, their program flyer features a jolly big Santa Clause, towering beneath a tiny Krishna. The Lord appears like an ornament hung in the tree.

Santa will be served prasadam (milk and cookies, no doubt). And mirroring the lecture topic - a class about "Christ & Krishna" - the artwork also includes a photoshopped scene of Lord Caitanya's sankirtana party, which is blended into a scene of Jesus dancing with the little children.

Hare Krishna!

What are you doing on Christmas Day?

Why not join us for the Krishnas Kirtan
