Krishna Cruise
BY: SUN STAFF
Aug 22, 2012 CANADA (SUN) The following email describes another manifestation of the progressive degeneration of Srila Prabhupada's standards in ISKCON. This floating saturnalia involves three leading Sannyasa/Guru/GBC's: Bhakti Caru, Saci- nandana and Radhanatha and swamis.
The Krishna Cruise website provides revelers interested in booking the trip with important info about the availability of tea-time, pools and jacuzzi, and the fact that while each cabin has a mini-bar, on-board drinks cost extra.

I hope some of you Prabhus are aware of the ongoing Krishna Cruise currently going on in Europe. I really find this one difficult to understand why three of our ISKCON leading sanyassi gurus will be heading-up group of devotees on cruise ship. The cruise is a ten day luxury excursion in the European waters. Each person pays about $1300. The cruise itself is not entirely all devotees. It is a commercial cruiseline, and devotees occupy only one third
of the space. Which means from the ship's occupancy of 900 passengers, devotees are about one third of that. According to the rules, no devotee can wear devotional attires nor making any regular devotee signs such as making pranams to the sanyassis etc. The cruise is loaded with bars, casinos, and nightclubs. Devotees are part of all that, they may not participate. On top of all that, the food which will is being taking by the devotees is prepared by the cruise chef, albeit vegetarian menu, but the cook is employee of the cruise company, and the food is cooked in the same kitchen where all the meat for other passengers is prepared.
This is just a brief of what is currently going on in Europe with the cruise ship. The cruise is being led by the trio of HH Radhanatha Maharaja, HH Saccinandana Swami, and HH Bhakti Caru Maharaja. The devotees who have purchased this cruise trip are expected to have a maha sadhu sanga, since they are being led by the three great sanyassis.
Maybe someone can enlighten me if this is something Srila Prabhupada would condone. What has ISKCON become? Guillible and innocent devotees are being made to cough up a good amount of money to participate in a cruise journey that is deeply contaminating.
I wonder if the GBC is aware of this or is this part of our common philosophy, "yukta-vairagya"
your servant,
Isvara dasa
