ISKCON Bureaucracy?

After having read "ISKCON Bureaucracy by Dharmapad prabhu, some thoughts came to mind.
The most notable being ... er… umm... just what noticeable changes have the ISKCON bureaucracy made in the last 10 to 15 years?
As of today, (at least here in ISKCON UK), one has NO rights whatsoever.
Zero... zilch... rien... nixt... nothing.
One is simply at the "mercy" of the ISKCON management.
My GBC Praghosa das would fit well into any Neo-Fascist regime.
I have openly stated he is a proven liar and small-time bully.
And this "prabhu" is supposed to be "senior management".
A most simple solution that Dharmapad prabhu could consider to the problems of ISKCON
would be to manage ISKCON as the Founder-Acarya HDG AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada wanted.
Is it that Srila Prabhupada left us no instructions?
Another point that comes to mind is,
the ISKCON bureaucracy is made up of individuals.
If one wants to see change in ISKCON,
then point out with evidence just where those individuals deviate from the Siksa of His Divine Grace.
Why so scared to name names??
Of course... in the present ISKCON, even when evidence is presented,
that does not automatically guarantee change.
In fact... it may be conveniently ignored.
So what does that tell us about our ISKCON management?
Just what is their agenda?
Here at Bhaktivedanta Manor we are visited by numerous "senior" ISKCON preachers,
yet we can visibly trace (with evidence) the decline of ISKCON into a mundane religious charity.
Wages, car blessings, trips up the Kilimanjaro, you name it...
So the questions have to be raised...
Do we blindly follow such a bureaucracy?
And…
Just what are our ISKCON preachers preaching?
