Truth and Reconciliation

May 10, UK (SUN) — When you look back at South Africa's recent past you could easily have thought there is no way they could ever reconcile their past abuses. Whatever has happened in ISKCON over it's forty-three years in no way compares to what happened in South Africa in one week or in one month, what to speak of one year!
The GBC can learn though, from what they now see was going on and what was done. You need to make amends. You need to create a forum in which perpetrators are forced to sit and listen to the hurt they have done and beg forgiveness.
I know there is a story in the Srimad Bhagavatam wherein sin personified relentlessly pursues someone..... I'm sure you will all know the story in fine detail . The point is, and you cannot get more specific than this..... you may be sitting in your big office, on your big vyasasana.....you may have a big salary....or even millions stashed away........how many of the original 11 are still winging it, Rolexes and all? ...And then you are confronted by the very person or persons you did the worst thing to. It could be the stuff of your worst nightmares!
GBC, here is your chance to clear the deck of the "pirates". Set-up a truth and reconciliation council. Let us see who asks for a foot on the head or a boot off the plank!
