Faith

May 08, FORT WHITE, FLORIDA (SUN) There are some souls whose own lack of real faith in Srila A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada causes them to become doubtful about the Divine character and flawless nature of his words and teachings, which are absolute in every regard. There will always be those who suffer from selective listening and so take personal exception to particular references whether apparently cultural or otherwise, either to use as an excuse to abuse other souls or to lose faith and subsequently marginalize His Divine Grace's perfect transcendental commentary upon absolutely everything upon which he spoke about.
I am a husband and father to two daughters. And I do not abuse their current material encasement as an excuse for condescending mistreatment ostensibly based upon the words of Sri Guru, who was respectful to his own mother and the other ladies with whom he had contact throughout His Divine Grace's lifetime, which would of course include the many ladies who became his spiritual daughters and disciples.
To those reputed followers of His Divine Grace who find Srila Prabhupada's own comments somehow less than perfect regarding the tendencies of souls entombed within a temporal cage comprised of specific sensual attachments, we might humbly suggest that the problem is not with the Sacred Words of Sri Guru, but rather with the flawed reception of the alleged listener, who with a scathing eye is ever-looking for reasons to disdainfully discard Sri Bhaktivedanta Vani in favor of more populist or contemporary explanations to suit their own distorted agendas, while simultaneously slaughtering their own aspirant faith in His Divine Grace's Perfect Expressions.
