I Was In the Room

Mar 05, 2012 — INDIA (SUN) — Regarding Sun contributor responses to the recent article, "Revenge of the Godfathers, after reading the articles claiming that my recollection was a "fabrication", here is my reply:

Anyone who was not in the room and claims "it was a fabrication" is an idiot! Anyone who claims that I was there only one day, is an idiot, I was there for all the meetings!!! Off course you're going to defend your bread and butter!! Additionally, neither Gupta nor Amarendra, nor Nrsimhananda were in the room, as my notes indicated. Clearly they had nothing to do with what I am reporting, so why are they sticking their noses in it? My report is on the behavior and intention of those so-called "spiritual" deviants who were in the room at the time— shame on them. If you support them, you too are a deviant and I curse you as I curse them for what they have done.

You, Gupta, were not there, I was, and taking notes at every meeting including the meetings in Dallas and New Dvarka. And I have lots of other stories about those meetings. As for the rest of you, let's bring this to court, deviants! I dare you, expose yourselves! I have Turley's number somewhere and he's all over the Net.

I witnessed with my ears and unto my notes the very words as they came out of 'their' mouths. One of the attendees (you know who you are) even left the room in disgust, postponing the meeting for about an hour while he was calmed down on Watseka Avenue that morning before lunch. Granted, my testimony may be deemed 'hearsay,' after a deposition, but I am sure Turley and the Judge would love to hear my side. Let's put it on the evening news!! Doesn't the Sunshine Law allow that, now that the victims are all of legal age? Or, is this child abuse still possibly going on in remote ISKCON communities, err, India? (Celibacy, as we know, has a way of turning ‘priests' into deviants.)

But not to get off the subject—the less than 150 original claimants resulted in over 750 in a matter of a few short months due to ISKCON's own heavy campaign to get more claimants (and that number possibly grew from there, after I left). Such a fast growth in numbers has to be on record at the courthouse. That alone, after *years* of litigation, has to sound pretty fishy to anyone with a brain. And, as I remember, the GBC were wanting more(?).

All the Gurukulis must still have the letters that went out. I wonder how many Gurukulis will bring their letters to show cause. I still have the notes somewhere in that old laptop. Why... why would an organization really go so far out of their way and request more claimants on this type of brutality? What possible logic and benefit could there have been, especially if the total monetary settlement value was not going to change?

I guess the question that needs to be put to a large number of *varied* members of the organization globally is, "How many among you, after knowing these leaders for decades, some of you personally, could with conviction accept that ‘these' leaders would have sincerely acted, in these regards, truly in the best interest of the victims who had not yet come forward for fear of vindication?" Here is a rhetorical question: "Why does this survey sound like a slam dunk??"

Of course, no one is going to believe that any of 'them' in the room are going to side against their bread and butter and support my claim, even the one that was so disturbed by what he heard, that he had to leave the room sick, and the two others whose jaws dropped and fell silent. Still, and to this day, the likes of some of the known abusers and pedophiles were and possibly are still 'reportedly' lecturing and leading ISKCON. Hmmm... If these leaders were so "out for justice," why are these perpetrators (and those who are known to have stolen millions from ISKCON) sill even allowed in the organization??

Wasn't it the Boston Court who deemed ISKCON a RICO Organization? See the various articles here.

Let's put this logic before a judge and even a jury. Why don't we finally open up the whole freaking can of worms for the world? Who wants to start? Like I said, if it ever gets to court, I will testify under oath because I never signed an NDA. (Although, I believe that NDAs do not apply to child abuse cases.) Let's have a chat with Turley; I would love to be deposed by him. I will even take a lie detector test. Krsna, I may even show you my notes.

Bring it on, have Mr. Turley call me. I'm in the book. Better yet, send your goons. We know some of these "Gurus" have had their goons for years, especially those with something to hide. The violence is a matter of record on VNN and other places. I would love to tell the stories from the seventies and eighties about the goons. I am so disgusted with the lot of you that I am just itching to spill the beans if you will so kindly set the stage. Many of these children got screwed, in more ways than one, and shame on the lot of you who still sweep it under the rug. Unlike some of you "spiritual" types, I choose to stand up for what is right. I am confident others will join the cause if you would kindly facilitate it.
