Mar 25, UK (SUN) — How far behind are the ISKCON leadership in "investing in people"? Instead, they're more behind securing their own positions in the ISKCON hierarchy, now known as the GBC church. Witness the Costa Rica FIASCO exposed by Yadu das. The GBC have repeatedly dashed the hopes of simple living, high thinking as encouraged by Srila Prabhupada.
The GBC and those installed by them exploit Srila Prabhupada's movement by avoiding gradually all that He had in mind for the society of Krishna conscious persons. The GBC have no idea of facilitating because they are despots, simply interested in personal aggrandizement.
Here is a group (and there are too few) that is trying to cooperate by getting back to the land. ISKCON, by Lord Krishna's grace, has had thousands of golden oppurtunities to establish similar communities. Instead, fearing independence, the GBC seek to stifle such rural projects as the Costa Rica FIASCO.
