Doubtful Points

My thanks to Harakumara prabhu for his latest comments on my "doubtful" points.
Harakumara prabhu is quite correct, I certainly have
many doubts.
I am certainly in agreement with many others that the
Zonal Acarya system was a nightmare.
I also agree that abuse of power and position within
Srila Prabhupada's ISKCON still goes on.
It goes on at every level.
However...
Harakumara prabhu has made his statement that,
"Srila Prabhupada's disciples wishing to give diksa
should leave ISKCON."
The question I am re-presenting is…
did Srila Prabhupada specifically tell His disciples
to leave ISKCON should they become bona fide diksa gurus?
After all…
Srila Prabhupada constantly stressed, He wanted His
disciples to become qualified gurus.
Are we to remain as Srila Prabhupada said, "sudras and
candalas", from here to eternity?
Do we take the stance of,
we are not qualified, never will be, don't even bother
to try?
Srila Prabhupada wants us to become qualified but,
heck....
we all know that doesn't mean you or me.
Of course...
Harakumara prabhu is entitled to have his opinion,
he may think as he will,
but./.
Harakumara prabhu is not the Founder-Acarya of
ISKCON.
I would be more interested to hear or see specific
instruction from Srila Prabhupada.
I have yet to hear or read anywhere where Srila Prabhupada says,
"Become bona fide qualified diksa gurus and then leave ISKCON."
Or…
"Leave ISKCON and start your own society".
Perhaps there is,
but as yet, I have personally to hear or see it.
Could it be because there is no such explicit instruction?
Why is that?
Could it be that Srila Prabhupada wanted His disciples
to carry on within His society (as qualified bona fide
gurus, in every sense of the word)?
The stress being on "qualified" and "bona fide".
If Srila Prabhupada did not issue such instruction as
to leave ISKCON,
then from whom has such an instruction or idea originated?
Perhaps Harakumara prabhu?
