Lord Nrsimhadeva's Gaura Purnima Garland

Pancha Tattva and Srila Prabhupada

Our program of worship is offered to the Pancha Tattva and Srila Prabhupada along with the Sampradaya Acaryas and Lord Nrsimhadeva. As with all things related to developing our Krsna Consciousness, we begin with Srila Prabhupada, then the other recent Sampradaya Acaryas. By their mercy, we then offer worship to the Pancha Tattva.

Naturally, our home asrama sadhana practice is very different from the daily program conducted in a temple, where elaborate offerings are made to the Deities numerous times throughout the day. We follow a simple but regulated schedule, beginning with a daily morning program of hearing and chanting. Because we've worked from a home office for many years, our daily schedule has ample time for reading, writing, studying and engaging in Krsna katha. We always welcome visitors, and encourage you to give us a call if you're in the area, at (360) 993-0022.

While Lord Caitanya was residing in Jagannath Puri for the last 12 years of his life, he regularly went into the Jagannath Temple and made a special point of worshipping Lord Nrsimhadev, who is situated there in a little temple just inside the entrance to the main temple. Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu would sing the same mantras we're singing today about Lord Nrsimhadev. Therefore, Srila Prabhupada introduced worship of Lord Nrsimhadev as part of our daily sadhana program, explaining that we should worship Lord Nrsimhadev because when one is a preacher, one is subjected to all sorts of dangers within this material world. Lord Nrsimhadev is the incarnation who protects the preachers in Krsna Consciousness from being harassed by demoniac forces.

The Sampradaya Acaryas

Initiation into the transcendental association of the Sampradaya Acaryas is consummated due to the limitless mercy of Their bonafide representative, His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada. Srila Prabhupada is the most recent preeminent Acarya representing the Brahma Madhva Gaudiya Vaisnava Sampradaya and as such, his name appears on the "list of 32" Acaryas going back to Lord Brahma, as presented by Srila Prabhupada in his Introduction to "Bhagavad-gita As. This list was handed down by Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Thakur, and Srila Prabhupada added his name to the list. Consequently, we must accept that Srila Prabhupada is a rarified "Sampradaya Acarya”, one of a very exclusive group of nitya-siddha Acaryas.

Following Rocana's work on the Sampradaya Acarya vision, Jahnava built a side altar depicting the transcendental personalities in our Brahma Madhva Gaudiya Vaisnava Sampradaya, descending from Lord Brahma.
